Ambitious sales people wanted for trainee recruitment consultant roles with one of the world’s largest recruitment businesses.

My client is an expanding global recruitment business with annual revenues of over $8 billion. They have over 300 offices globally spanning the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, India, Far East, Australia and New Zealand.

The reasons that the company enjoys one of the recruitment industry’s lowest staff turnover rates (<20%) include the excellent training and development staff receive from day one, the career development opportunities resulting from the fact that 95% of their staff are recruited at entry level, and that fact that large proportion of the staff are share holders.

They company is a global market leader in a variety of specialist sectors including IT, Engineering and Finance. As a result of continued success and growth plans they are now looking to hire several ambitious sales people as trainee recruitment consultants in their London offices.

The package

  • Basic starting salary of £20,000 rising to £22,000 - £24,000 when you complete your training. Recruitment Consultants can expect a first year OTE £35K-£40K (The company’s top performing consultants are earning £100K+)

  • Excellent training – unlike many graduate trainee recruitment consultant roles you will spend the first 6 weeks solely training and then will receive intensive mentoring, coaching and support throughout the first year.

The Person

  • Of graduate calibre, with at have at least 12 months prior sales experience (B2B / telesales preferred).
  • Hard-working, articulate, committed and be specifically seeking a long-term career in recruitment.
  • You’ll be self-motivated and prepared to work outside of the normal “9-5” to provide an outstanding service to your clients.
