Trainee Recruitment Consultant - NHS / Healthcare - City - Interviewing now Salay £20,000 + Superb commission plan - 1st year OTE £40K, then £50-80K in year 2, healthcare, pension, incentives, company trips, charity days and sporting hospitality.

Our client is a £15M+ Recruitment Agency which is a key supplier of staff to the NHS and wider healthcare sector. Exciting opportunities now exist for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join in the City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with managers within the NHS and understanding their staffing requirements and vacancies.
  • Identification of suitable candidates for interim / contract assignments within the NHS.
  • Matching of candidates to vacancies.
  • Control of recruitment process from CV submission to closing of vacancies.
  • Preparation of all supporting documentation including references, CVs, checks etc…
  • Building long term collaborative relationships with clients and candidates.

About you:

  • You will be ambitious in your career aspirations and be able to demonstrate a flair for sales gained in a previous sales role.
  • Examples of the backgrounds of some of the company's recruitment consultants include advertising / SEO / media sales, mobile phone sales, estate agency / lettings, financial services, telesales, events sales, IT sales, gym membership sales, door-to-door, fundraising and call centre advisors.
  • You don't have to be a graduate but you will have good written and oral communication skills.
  • You will be organised and highly motivated to work in a fast paced recruitment environment.
