Team Leader / Business Manager of IT Recruitment Consultants. A unique opportunity to be responsible for the growth of, and to receive equity in, a major New IT Recruitment Business in Manchester.

  • An opportunity exists in Manchester city centre for a talented IT Recruitment Consultant to own and develop the commercial IT Team (both contract and permanent).
  • You will enjoy all of the ‘tools of the trade’ – advertising, business development, existing internal recruitment and training department, administrative, back office and managerial support and a blank canvass to create your team. 

The Person:

  • The role could suit an aspiring Senior IT Recruitment Consultant who would bill and build a team around. Alternatively the appoint could be a made at a more senior level for a talented existing manager (in which case it could be non-billing)
  • You will have a track record of success in IT Recruitment (can be either contract, permanent or dual desk)
  • You will have a strong work ethic and be able to lead by example.
  • You will be motivated by targets, and be comfortable using KPIs as tools to motivate and manage your team.
  • You will be ambitious and at a point in your career where you are seeking to make a long term commitment to be part of a company as it grows and matures.
