Sales Manager - IT Recruitment - Brighton - £50,000 - £75,000 base salary + six figure OTE

Our client is a specialist recruitment agency focusing on global Information Security / IT recruitment. They are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Manager to enable further expansion and diversification.

Role Description

  • Non-billing IT Recruitment Manager role.
  • Inheriting an IT Recruitment team of circa 20 recruitment consultants combining permanent and contract recruitment which recruit into UK and international markets.
  • Day-to-day sales management, morning meetings, team set-ups, development plans, monthly reviews, appraisal process, business planning, promotions, staff hospitality, acting as escalation point on fees, recruitment issues etc...
  • The role is supported by resources including international business development, assistance with induction and recruitment consultant training (Recruitment Juice), a strong culture of client engagement, client events, presence at relevant industry events / exhibitions, strong systems and operations support.

Person Specification

  • You will have a background as a successful Recruitment Consultant in IT / Technical recruitment, with experience of managing recruitment consultants.
  • Your career progression may have taken you to Team Leader, Recruitment Sales Manager or Director level. You may be a seasoned Recruitment Manager or a Team Leader who hasn't managed this size of team before (the role can be structured accordingly). You will now be ready for an opportunity to be the key sales leader within a recruitment business.
  • You'll be able to motivate staff to achieve delivery, objectives and company incentives.
  • Your skill set will include coaching Recruitment Consultants, monitoring performance, monthly business reviews, appraisals etc…
  • Experience of Information Security / Cyber Security recruitment is desirable but not essential.

This is an opportunity to progress your career into a key Recruitment Management role. You will be supported by a board which has extensive experience in building multi-brand international recruitment businesses. The Cyber market is experiencing double-digit growth and is forecast to have a global value of $150Bn by 2020 so it's a great sector to get into.
