Operating within a number of niche insurance / financial services markets the company is a genuine market leader with an excellent global reputation and a flagship European Insurance Recruitment Business based at its City of London offices.

Due to continued success they are now seeking to strengthen the Dutch, Belgium, French, Italian, German and Swiss desks with recruitment consultants to be placing typically six-figure salary roles into the Actuarial, Underwriting, Broking markets. Opportunities also exist for recruitment consultants with European interim / contract experience.

• Good basic salary (negotiable dependent on experience) – circa £25,000 - £40,000.
• Commission starting at 27% with other bonuses and incentives.

Last year there were several £1M+ billers and numerous half million billers in the company. As well as competitive salary and benefits my client offers recruitment consultants excellent commission (starting at 27%) which means that >£50K+ in year 1 and six figures in year 2 is the norm. The average annual billing of the recruitment consultants who have been in the business more than 12 months is £350K.

18 months + recruitment experience .
Bilingual / multilingual, fluent in English Language and any one of Dutch, German, Italian or French
A genuinely driven personality and desire to succeed. This is certainly not a “9 to 5” opportunity. To be successful in these markets you will take a candidate driven approach including working into the evenings.
Whilst desirable, previous insurance / finance sector experience is not required. Applications from candidates with experience in other sectors who wish to move into global insurance recruitment are also invited
