Recruitment Consultant - Trainee / Entry Level roles - Starting basic salary in the range £18,000 to £22,000 dependent on experience plus uncapped Commission Scheme, sales incentives, company trips etc…

  • Comprehensive training to get you up and running in the role.
  • A hot desk with established vacancies / clients from day one (there is no cold calling with this role as the business you'll be working on has already been developed, and you'll be souring staff for a number of large client accounts to work in the UK and abroad).
  • Superb uncapped Commission scheme with both individual and team components providing a realistic first year OTE of £40,000 and rising from there in year 2 (£60,000-£80,000+ is typical once you've established yourself in the business).
  • Extensive facilities / support including highly developed company database, mobile technology and job-board advertising to provide your clients with a high quality service ensuring repeat business.
  • Clear Promotional structure allowing you to progress from Trainee to Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant to Manager based on performance (with salary jumps and increasing commission / OTE at each stage).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth understanding of client companies and vacancies.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for key clients from searching company database, job board advertising, social media etc…
  • Control of recruitment process - submitting CVs, arranging interviews, placing candidates in both permanent and contract roles.
  • Preparation of all supporting documentation including references, CVs, security checks etc…
  • Building long term collaborative relationships with clients and candidates.

About you:

  • You will have great communication skills and at least 12 months experience of working to targets in a sales position.
  • You will be organised, a team player and motivated to work in a busy recruitment environment.
  • You will be seeking an opportunity in which you can achieve long-term career progression.
  • You will be prepared to work outside of the normal "9 to 5" from time to time in order to deliver an excellent service to your clients.
