Description

The company is a highly successful, specialist recruitment business with a network of offices across the midlands and north of England. With a trading history of 15 years they have a reputation for high levels of service and delivery. They are market leaders in the midlands and north for Finance, Accountancy, Executive, HR, Sales, Marketing, Procurement / Supply Chain and Office support / administration. They provide permanent and interim / contract recruitment.
The business continues to grow and is hugely ambitious about the future. Opportunities now exist for several passionate and experienced Recruitment Consultants who have experience of one of the above markets to join the Birmingham office.
 

The Package:
 

  • Salary is flexible – dependent on your experience / current remuneration (Recent appointments in the range £20,000 - £32,000).
  • Commission scheme comprising quarterly and annual bonuses, totalling up to 30% of billing. The top biller last year earned over £140,000
  • Car allowance on qualification (between £5,000 and £10,000 annually)
  • Flexible benefits package

The role:

Working in a bustling office in Birmingham City Centre you will be able to leverage relationships with an enviable list of key clients, but will also be responsible for developing new business. Enjoying a flexible, open culture without the bureaucracy, administration or politics of some companies you will be working within a highly successful and experienced team of experienced recruitment consultants.
 

Person specification:
 

  • Opportunities exist for Recruitment Consultants with 12 months+ experience of either permanent, contract / interim or dual desk recruitment into one of the following sectors: Finance/Accountancy, Executive, HR, Sales/Marketing, Procurement / Supply Chain and Office support / administration
