Recruitment Consultant - Marketing / Journalism / Communications

The company is a leading bid marketing and communications consultancy. They provide a range of services to their clients including recruitment, training, bid consulting and marketing / communications. Their client base includes many of the FTSE 100 / Fortune 500.

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Recruitment Consultant to join the recruitment division. This is a 360 degree role but onto a warm desk. You will be placing journalists and other communications professionals into the marketing and bid-writing teams of a wide range of campanies.

The Package

  • Basic salary in the range £25,000 to £40,000 (dependent on experience)

About you

  • You will have experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant within a Recruitment Agency
  • You will have relevant recruitment sector experience e.g. marketing, advertising, journalism, communications, bid writing.
  • Applications are invited from Recruitment Consultants with 12 months+ to 10 years+ experience (salary / rewards commensurate with experience).
  • You will have good candidate resourcing skills, business development skills and be comfortable dealing with clients and candidates face-to-face and over the phone.
  • You may be working for a direct competitor, looking for a change of culture, less micro-management, a bigger geographical patch or enhanced career progression opportunity.
