Recruitment Consultant - IT / digital - Web development Market UK (PHP / Java / .Net) - location Meriden - £25-35K basic + excellent commission and additional quarterly bonuses. Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) providing equity in the business - inherit a warm desk of 5 years - clients including the BBC, Disney and Universal.

As a result of promotion an opportunity now exists for a Recruitment Consultant to take over an existing technical / development desk which places developers (e.g. PHP, Java, .Net) across London and the rest of the UK. You'll have existing accounts and vacancies from day one but this is a 360 degree and you will continue to develop new business. The culture is unique. Person specification:

  • You will have at least 18 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant working in a Recruitment Agency (Applications are invited from Consultants with 18 month to 10 years + experience. Starting salary / title commensurate with experience).
  • IT Recruitment or Digital Marketing recruitment experience is ideal, especially if you have been placing web developers / programmers with skills including PHP / Java / .Net.
  • You will enjoy working in recruitment, perhaps working for a competitor, looking for a change of culture without micro-management, a bigger geographical patch and a more flexible approach to work / life balance.
