Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level roles for sales people - Manchester - IT Recruitment - £18,000 - £25,000 starting salary, excellent commission (1st year OTE £50K, 2nd year £80-100K).

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will receive:

  • Basic salary in the range £18,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.
  • Excellent uncapped commission (up to 30% of your "billings") providing a realistic first year income of £50,000 and £80,000+ in year 2.

  • You will have 12 months + sales experience, ideally gained in a Business to Business role / Telesales role.

  • Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and lively "sales-orientated" person.
  • Commitment, passion, energy and a drive to succeed.
  • Be career-focused and committed to developing yourself into a successful recruitment consultant.
  • You don't need any technical or IT knowledge but you will have natural curiosity, good communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and talk credibly with clients and candidates.
  • Prepared to work 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm on a Friday.
