My client is one of the world's leading specialist professional recruitment consultancies, with offices in more than 20 countries across six continents. Turnovers are in excess of £400M and the business is cash-rich and profitable.


They are regarded as market leaders in the banking and finance market places. As a result of expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented recruitment consultant to join their Manchester office on their interim management desk.


Working from prestigious new Spinningfields offices, complete with roof terrace and state-of-the-art technology you will arrive at a warm desk with several major retail banking PSLs, a database of candidates and other clients. Your remit will be to also develop the interim management business with a focus on supplying to major business change and transformation projects within the banking and finance sectors, across the north of England and Scotland.


Benefits Package
 

  • Salary up to 28,000 for recruitment consultants , dependent on experience.

The person
 

  • 12 months + recruitment consultant experience.
  • Experience of working a contract / interim market is desirable but not essential. Applications will also be considered from permanent recruitment consultants who have experience in developing a high value market with high levels of service.
  • Experience of the banking and finance market is desirable but not essential. Applications will also be considered from recruitment consultants who have covered other “professional” markets such as executive search, interim management, IT and HR.
  • You should have a commitment to combine success with high standards of professionalism. The company empowers its staff with autonomy. You will aspire to be working in a results-driven culture, rather than an activity / KPI one.
