Description

Recruitment Consultant (from any sector / market) - International Gaming - Excellent company - Strong basic salary and uncapped commission without threshold starting at 15%, bands rise quickly to 25% - Gibraltar.

The company is a boutique international recruitment agency. They place hundreds of roles each year into the gaming / i-gaming industry across Europe including IT, Digital, Finance, Legal and marketing vacancies. You don't need previous gaming industry experience. Applications are welcomed from Recruitment Consultant from any sector.

The role

  • Whilst this is a "360 degree" role, you'll be joining a niche market leader and building on an existing warm client base with plenty of existing accounts and vacancies to work on from day one. There is very little requirement for business development.
  • The focus of the role is souring candidates for a range of clients - tech start-ups, SMEs and FTSE 200 / Fortune 500 using a variety of methods including advertising / database / social media / head hunting etc…
  • You'll be joining a friendly and successful team. This certainly isn't a hard core sales / KPI environment. The approach is long-term and consultative.

The Package

  • £20,000 - £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience - appoints can be made at Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant level)
  • Excellent commission scheme uncapped and without threshold (Starts at 15% rising to 25% of everything above £15K). OTE c£80K once up and running.
  • Quarterly team events, staff incentives, social activities, additional holiday days, 4pm finish on Friday etc…
  • Relaxed working environment and informal dress code.

About you

  • You will have at least 12 months recruitment experience (any sector / market).
  • You will be able to demonstrate a track record of direct sourcing candidates in candidate-driven markets by a variety of means including head hunting / LinkedIn, advertising etc…
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to build a long term career.
  • The ability to sustain and develop client relationships through effective delivery and service.
