This is a unique opportunity to join an established and growing recruitment business and to work with (and learn from) a highly successful team of Recruitment Consultants and managers.

The company specialises in placing senior sales roles across the UK. You will be placing roles including Field Sales, Sales Managers, Account Managers and Internal Sales professionals into a variety of FMCG, Food, Sports and Leisure and Consumer electronics companies nationwide.

What’s on offer:

  • Highly competitive salary in the range £18,000-£26,000 dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped, individual commission for every placement that you make, providing a first year OTE of £35,000+ then the sky is the limit!

About You:

  • You do not need any previous recruitment experience. The role is 100% sales. You will be an experienced sales person, with 12 months+ sales experience, who thrives on success.
  • Having established yourself in another sales role you will now be seeking to apply your skills to take your career to the next level and forge a long-term career as a recruitment consultant.
  • You will be persuasive, have good communication skills and the ability to be credible with clients and candidates, from entry level to director.
  • Examples of the backgrounds of some of the company’s “top billers” include advertising / media sales, estate agency / lettings, office equipment sales, financial services sales, fundraising, door-to-door, events sales, technical sales, broking, mobile phone sales, account manager, medical sales, IT sales, gym membership sales, Travel Representatives and call centre sales.

The role:

  • Recruitment consultancy is a demanding sales profession requiring dedication and resilience. Working in a supportive, target-driven sales environment, the role includes:
  • Proactive telephone sales and marketing to sell recruitment services to a wide range of companies.
  • Sourcing a portfolio of skilled candidates using advertising, networking, headhunting and CV databases
  • Building longstanding relationships with clients and candidates and building your own reputation as a great recruiter.
  • Shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating fees and salaries, making placements!
