With an expanding network of offices in the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA, they are market leaders in a variety of recruitment sectors including Engineering, Automotive, Power, Renewables, Sales, Supply Chain and Human Resources.

We are now seeking several experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their Manchester city centre offices. This is a highly successful business, placing at mid and senior level (average permanent fee c£8,000 / average contract GPWs >£400) across the midlands and north into markets including Manufacturing, Design, Quality, Seniors and Supply Chain. There is a genuine opportunity for rapid promotion to Team Leader / Manager.

About you:

  • You will be able to demonstrate success in a Recruitment Consultant role (12 months+) working in any technical market. You will have "360 experience", and will have shown creativity in your approach to sales, and have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • You will be motivated and "goal-driven" and determined to use your sales experience to secure a long-term career as a specialist Recruitment Consultant within a successful international agency.
  • Applications are invited from contract, permanent or dual desk recruitment consultants.

What's on offer:

  • Starting salary in the range £23,000 to £32,000 dependent on current experience / remuneration. Salary will continue to rise with annual pay awards.
  • Where appropriate, for exceptional candidates, a higher starting salary or initial guaranteed bonuses may be offered (for example to compensate walking away from current book of business)
  • Uncapped commission scheme (bandings up to 30%, without threshold), making £75,000 income typical for Recruitment Consultants who have been in the business for a couple of years (a minority earn six figures).
