Description

The company is an award winning international recruitment business with over 100 staff in their Manchester offices. Their Public Sector recruitment division is a key supplier of interim staff to organisations including the NHS, Local and Central Government. Building on the success of their London business an opportunity now exists in Bristol for an ambitious recruitment consultant to launch a team providing interim staff into Higher and Further Education, Housing and Not-for-profit / charity sectors.

This is a Billing Team Manager position. You will be provided with two recruitment consultant straight away with a remit to further build the team over the first 12 months to a headcount of six. You will be provided with all of the support you would expect from an international market leader - training / coaching, development, systems, back office, advertising etc....

The Package

  • Basic salary negotiable dependent on experience (in the range £28,000 - £45,000 dependent on experince)
  • Additional Salary Guarantees / Bonus Guarantees where appropriate.
  • Personal commission scheme and generous bonus scheme (double your basic as OTE) / team override.

Role Description

  • This is initially a billing Team Leader role and you will inherit existing business.
  • You will develop the interim business, developing relationships within Higher and Further Education, Housing and Not-for-profit / charity sectors.
  • You will grow you team (based on yield) hiring trainee recruitment consultants or experinced recruitment consultants / resourcers.
  • Initially a billing role, the opportunity exists for development into a non billing regional manager / director.

About you

  • You will have a track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant, within a contract / interim market.
  • You will have some experience of leadership (formal or informal) e.g. from being a senior recruitment consultant or manager / team leader.
  • You will have the ability to motivate recruitment consultants to achieve targets, objectives and company incentives.
  • You will be a people person - inspiring and influencing staff by demonstrating positive behaviours and performance.
  • Your skills set will include "onboarding" new starters, coaching and training of Recruitment Consultants (both novice and experienced), monitoring performance through activities, dialy set-ups, monthly business reviews etc...
