Recruitment Consultant - any sector into IT Sales - Didsbury - £25-35K basic salary plus commission - warm desks - accounts and vacancies from day one - laid back / non aggressive / non KPI environment.

The company is a rapidly expanding and privately owned business specialising in high value, niche recruitment. They recruit senior sales people for the IT industry including world leading technology giants such as Virgin, BT, Capgemini, Capita, Hewlett Packard and EMC. Typical fees in the range £10,000 to £25,000.

Salary / Commission / Benefits:

  • Salary £25,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Uncapped commission providing realistic first year on target earnings of £40,000-£50,000 rising in year two

About you:

  • An experienced recruitment consultant who can demonstrate a track record of solid billings within a Recruitment Agency (IT Sales is desirable but any white collar / technical market experience will be considered.
  • Applications are invited from recruiters with anything from 18 months to 10 years+ experience (salaries will be commensurate)
  • A good blend of business development and candidate resourcing expertise.

The Role:

This is a Recruitment Consultant role placing IT Solutions sales roles, Account Managers, Business Development Manager and Technical sales roles into IT, Telecommunications and Technology companies in the UK and Europe.

This is a warm desk. You will have accounts and vacancies from day one, owning relationships with existing customers, understanding their plans and recruiting effectively for them. This is a 360 degree role so you will also follow up leads to bring on new business.
