Description

Recruitment Manager - Secretarial Support Recruitment Division - £35,000 to £50,000 base salary range + £7,000 car allowance (and free parking) + Bonuses (Additional OTE circa £20,000 per annum) - Manchester City Centre.
Opportunity to manage and develop the North West Office Services / Secretarial recruitment division of an established global business working from prestigious Spinningfields offices.

The role

  • Inherit a team of three temp and one perm office services recruitment consultants.
  • This is initially a "billing role" recruiting for a busy workload of secretarial vacancies from an existing client base.
  • Taking a quality approach - meeting clients and candidates.
  • Attending a busy programme of client events (the company hosts meet-up events and sponsors key awards in Manchester within the sector)
  • Getting involved in developing relationships with existing accounts and with new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with other recruitment divisions (e.g. Finance, IT, professional services, HR, Legal) to ensure that you're getting the Secretarial / Business support vacancies from these existing accounts.
  • Taking a supportive approach to managing, coaching and developing your team of recruitment consultants.

About you

  • You will have a track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant - ideally within Office Services / Business Support / Secretarial recruitment. Candidates can also be considered from other fast-moving markets if they are interested in transitioning into Secretarial Recruitment.
  • The role would either suit an existing divisional manager / branch manager or a senior recruitment consultant looking for a step up and the starting salary would reflect this.
  • You will exhibit good leadership skills - leading from the front - inspiring and influencing staff by demonstrating positive behaviours and performance.
