IT Recruitment Consultant - Launch an IT contract division for a major player in IT Permanent and IT Sales Recruitment - £30-50K Basic + commission + profit share + equity + guarantees + benefits - Epsom.

The Opportunity

The IT contract business is key to the growth plan. You will have free reign to choose the approach and IT markets / sectors / geographies into which to recruit. You will bill and build a team around you, whilst having the full backing of the group including finance, back office, infrastructure, database, job boards, LinkedIn Premium, strategic advice, brand name etc… This is a strategic role. You will keep a focus on the profit & loss of the business, be intimately involved in everything that happens and have the opportunity to gain a significant equity stake in the contract business and an equity stake in the wider group.

About you

  • You will be an IT Recruitment Consultant who wants the autonomy to put your imprint on the recruitment industry. You will be anxious to do more than remain a traditional employee.
  • You will be a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant who has some experience of mentoring other Recruitment Consultants / Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You will be confident that with support you can build a significant team.
  • You will be ambitious, equity-focused and looking for an opportunity to build your own stake in a business and to take on the responsibility of managing your own office.

Salary and Remuneration

  • Basic salary in the range £30,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience.
  • Excellent personal commission - you will be involved in devising the contract commission scheme but as a guideline the existing permanent scheme has two bands 20% and 25%.
