Home Based - Recruitment Administrator / Recruitment Support

Our client is an admired, multi-brand recruitment business with a track record of over 10 years recruiting into a variety of sectors including leisure, travel, management and hospitality. They have an innovative approach and a growing home-based recruitment consultant workforce. An exciting opportunity now exists for a recruitment professional to join as a recruitment administrator in a remote admin support role, working from home. The role will suit somebody who has worked in a recruitment agency, maybe in a recruitment consultant or resourcer role, who now is seeking a purely administrative role working from home.

The role

Working from home you'll deal with a variety of admin requests from across the team, supporting several of the top performing recruitment consultants with admin support duties including:

  • Putting together Recruitment Advertisements
  • Reposting and updating Recruitment Advertisements
  • Uploading candidate's CV and formatting candidate's CVs
  • Adding interviews to the recruitment CRM
  • Doing database projects to build and cleanse the database e.g. adding businesses, managers, coding / tagging.
  • Social Media Posting and updating
  • You will be provided with all the tools you need. The working arrangement is flexible. The hours are full-time, but are flexible allowing you to fit them to your lifestyle, e.g. do the school run etc….

The Package

  • £20,000 - £24,000 salary (dependent on experience)
  • Full remote / home-based working set-up

About you

  • You must have worked in a Recruitment agency as a recruitment consultant or resourcer.
  • You will now be seeking purely administrative role working from home.
  • You'll have good written communication and IT / systems skills and able to effectively deal with a busy workload of advert posting, CV formatting, social media, database projects etc…
  • You will be self-sufficient and capable of working to deadlines with limited contact / support from colleagues.
  • You may be a recruitment consultant looking for a change in lifestyle or perhaps be coming towards the end of your career and now be seeking a purely administrative / support role.
