My client is one of the world’s leading recruitment businesses. Specialising in IT / technology recruitment it has been ranked number one in the industry for the last 10 years. The company employs well over 2000 recruitment consultant world wide and has 90 offices world wide.


Due to continued growth and success in the UK they are now seeking to recruit a number of talented and motivated graduates who want to embark on a challenging and rewarding sales-oriented career as Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants as part of their 2016 intake in Bracknell.


Experience and qualifications required:

 

  • Graduate or of degree calibre.
  • Prior experience in a sales, marketing or customer service environment is desirable.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of achievement (professional, academic, sporting, extra-curricular etc…).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hold current driving license.

Duties will include:
 

  • Using telephone, email and a face-to-face meetings to build long term relationships with clients and candidates in the IT market place.
  • Increasing the candidate pool using internet advertising and other resources to attract candidates seeking both permanent and contract / interim IT assignments.
  • Identifying and using networking opportunities such as attending careers fairs and professional association meetings.
  • Only once you are able to provide a “world class service” in sourcing and placing candidates (typically 6 – 12 months) you will be promoted into a full consulting / business development role with sole responsibility for a geographical region / technical market. Whilst this supportive approach requires patience on the part of the graduate trainee recruitment consultants, my client has an excellent rack record of creating highly successful Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Managers in this way. Many of my clients “top billers” enjoy six figure incomes and fantastic incentives including stocks, bonuses and world-wide trips for them and their partners.
