An exciting opportunity now exists for a Divisional Manager or Team Leader for its International Division based in Staffordshire. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years management experience in an IT Contract recruitment environment with an excellent and demonstrable track record in International recruitment.

You will have operational responsibility for the International Division; will be expected to develop assigned clients as well as ensuring that Divisional growth targets are exceeded.

Your managerial goals will include:

  • Delivery of divisional revenue targets
  • New Business sales
  • New and existing client development
  • Staff management and development

The package:

  • Salary in the range £35,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience.
  • Guarantees / retainer / signing on bonus available where appropriate.
  • Uncapped bonus provides £100K+ OTE.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • IT Recruitment Consultant experience from a Recruitment Agency.
  • 5 years+ management experienced from within a recruitment agency
  • International Recruitment experience.
  • Contract or permanent desks are available.
