Associate Director - IT / Digital Recruitment - Edinburgh. The company is a respected IT and Digital recruitment agency. An exciting opportunity now exists for a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to join in Edinburgh at Associate Director Level. This is a hands-on role to bill and manage / build a new division.

Salary / Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary in the range £40,000 to £60,000 dependent on experience level)
  • Excellent uncapped monthly commission (up to 25% of your billings), quarterly and annual bonuses and team override

The Opportunity:

  • Billing Senior IT Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader role inheriting several direct reports.
  • Leading the business unit, achieving growth in team size and profit.

About you:

  • You will have a track record as a successful IT Recruitment Consultant - (minimum 3 years experience)
  • You will have experience of mentoring / leading in either a Team Leading e.g. in a Principal Consultant / Team Leader / Manager role.
  • You will exhibit good leadership skills - inspiring and influencing staff by demonstrating positive behaviours and performance.
  • Your skills set will include "on-boarding" new starters, coaching and training of new Recruitment Consultants
  • As well as good individual sales skills you will have commercial and market acumen, strategic thinking and good planning skills.
  • Focused on your career and seeking an opportunity to progress quickly.
