Recruitment Manager - IT Recruitment £60-80K + override bonus and benefits

The company is a £30M T/O IT Recruitment business with fashionable new offices and multiple awards include Recruiter Hot 100, Fast 50 and Recruitment International Top Company. From the London office they place IT professionals with skills in Business Intelligence, Data, Information Security, CRM / ERP, Architecture and Strategy and Energy Technology across the UK, Europe and USA.

An exciting opportunity now exists for an IT Recruitment Professional to manage the business's Vertical Markets / New Business Team. The role inherits IT contract and IT Permanent Teams with a remit to grow.

The Package

  • Basic salary in the range £60,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience
  • Team Bonus Override providing OTE £80,000 to £100,000
  • Income / commission guarantees where appropriate

Role Description

  • Inheriting a successful division of Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants placing into a variety of UK and International IT / Technology accounts within Business Intelligence, Data, Information Security, CRM / ERP, Architecture and Strategy and Energy Technology Practice Areas / Verticals.
  • You will not be budgeted to bill yourself.
  • You will lead, manage and develop the Team and be accountable for the success of the business unit through effective people management, harnessing of incentives, meeting with key clients, personal development planning etc...
  • You will enjoy resources including comprehensive Learning and Development support for your team (induction programme, coaching etc…).

About you

  • You will have a track record in a senior team leading / management role within an IT Recruitment Agency (Team Leader, Delivery Manager, Recruitment Manager, Senior Account Manager, Principal Recruitment Consultant etc…).
  • You will be able to manage both Contract and Permanent IT Recruiters and will have experience of the full new business / business development lifecycle.
  • You will have experience of leading a team of IT Recruitment Consultants with a proven ability to motivate staff to achieve targets, objectives and company incentives.
  • Your skills set will include "onboarding" new starters and coaching and training of existing Recruitment Consultants.
