Job Title: Account Developer / Senior Account Developer

Established in 1988 the company has grown organically to become one of the UK's most successful IT recruitment consultants. With a turnover close to £160m, they place over 2,500 contractors / candidates per annum and have an impressive key client list including Barclays, Vodafone, Cooperative Group and Cable and Wireless.

Opportunities now exist for several Account Developers to build first class relationships with key existing clients through high fulfilment ratios, the offering of value add services, and dedication to giving clients an excellent service. The role is purely developing relationships with existing client account and does not include any new business development. The roles would suit experienced IT Recruitment Consultants who are seeking an account management role without cold calling.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
  • Commission Plan: Commission plan and Quarterly / Annual Incentive scheme.
  • Guarantee: Dependent upon the level of experience, a guarantee may be included

Core / Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Conduct due diligence into all major allocated clients inc. track record, processes, MI and SLA requirements
  • Organise series of meetings with all key stakeholders
  • Develop rapport with all stakeholders
  • Develop a real understanding of all technical and personal needs of relevant clients
  • Control of recruitment process from qualification of roles to closing / induction of contractors / candidates
  • Proactively and reactively deliver a flow of quality contractors or candidates who accurately match the client's exact specifications
  • Adherence to all SLA requirements and legislation e.g. diversity, Right to Work, Visas etc…
  • Conduct all contractor management e.g. extensions

Qualifications
