Recruitment Consultant - Secretarial / Office Support / Administration Basic salary in the range £20,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience. Uncapped Commission (c30%), company phone, excellent working environment
The Person: A professional individual that doesn't need to be hand held. The candidate will need to have experience of recruiting secretarial / office support / administrative staff for a recruitment agency. Applications welcomed from Recruitment Consultants with 12 months to 12 years+ recruitment experience (salary will be commensurate and appointment can be made from Recruitment Consultant level up to Managing Consultant level).
The Company: The company is an independently owned recruitment business with 20 years trading and 4 offices. They have an excellent reputation. The Office Support division places roles including administrators, secretaries, receptionists and PAs across the midlands and north of England.
The Role / Opportunity: You will be joining a small team and taking on a warm desk with clients in place. The role will also include business development and you will be encouraged to bring on new clients on an ongoing basis. This is not a KPI or corporate environment and you will be experienced and self managing. A degree of flexible working is available and the opportunity exists to progress into a management role should you wish to.
