The company is an ambitious, specialist recruitment company. They are major players in a number of recruitment sectors including Commodities, Energy, Procurement and Supply Chain. A new opportunity now exists for an Internal Recruiter to join them on Fleet Street.

The role

  • Direct sourcing candidates for graduate / trainee recruitment consultant roles via job boards, advertising, LinkedIn, internal referral s and networking.
  • Managing relationships with a number of external recruitment agency suppliers, establishing and managing a PSL.
  • Pre-screening, conducting competency based telephone interviews and first interviews face-to-face.
  • Managing the subsequent recruitment process for the management team.
  • Working to publicise / represent the brand, and its employment proposition at job fairs / careers fairs / graduate fairs etc…
  • Enhancing the company's Employer Branding via social media, web campaigns etc…
  • Exhibiting at Recruitment Fairs.
  • Running Assessment Days.
  • Involvement in employee on-boarding.

Person Specification

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role which has included volume screening for the recruitment of Graduates, Graduate Recruitment Consultants, Salespeople etc…
  • Applications will also be considered from existing Recruitment Consultants who have are seeking a move into Internal Recruitment and who have a genuine passion / aptitude for Employer Branding and project based work.
  • Passionate about the recruitment industry and able to communicate the company's values.
  • Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable liaising with individuals from trainee to director level.
  • Other desirable skills include experience of exhibiting at careers fairs and facilitating assessment days.

Package

  • Basic salary in the range £30,000 to £35,000, negotiable, dependent on experience.
  • Bonus structure based on hires providing OTE of £40,000-£50,000
